Buddha Bowl

Friends over or light dinner – this Buddha bowl truly makes you zen. Made with iron rich , Low Carb Black Wheat Dalia.

Steps:

  • Take 1 tsp ghee and roast the black wheat dalia .
  • Add 3 cups of water for 1 cup of black wheat dalia.
  • Add some chopped carrot, frenc beans,peas and your choice of vegetables and cook it in close lead till the water is absorbed.
  • Add some salt and biryani masala for flavour and enjoy !
