Black Wheat Dalia Salad

Breakfast, lunch or snack- enjoy a nutritious , yummy salad made with iron rich , Low Carb Black Wheat Dalia.

Steps:

  • Soak half a bowl of black wheat dalia in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Put it into a strainer and steam it for 7-10 minutes.
  • Spread it out on a plate and allow it to cool.
  • Add finely chopped bell peppers , onions and tomatoes.Sprinkle some rock salt,pepper powder and chaat masala.
  • Add a dash of lemon juice and mix in the dalia.
  • Garnish with roasted sesame seeds and chopped corrianderand enjoy !
